Our products are made to order, therefore we ask for up to 5-7 business days to process your order PRIOR to shipping, as time frames also depend on our current work load. We make every effort to get your order out as fast as we can.

Please understand that we do not have any control over postal delays once the item is dropped at the shipping location. 

We do not ship internationally.

We do offer local pick-up in Franklin, TX. Please specify your contact information so that we may contact you once your order is ready to be picked up and to provide location details.

When personalizing an order, we will send you a proof to approve prior to finalizing and producing it. Please review your proof, as we do not offer refunds once the product is made.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Birchwood Laser & Design is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or returned packages once the product has left our facility.

The only acceptations made on refunds will be at the sellers discretion and under certain circumstances.
